These are the items terms and conditions under which "Palm Tree Pearl" (the supplier) supplies vintage, antique and other product services through its website www.palmtreepearl.com to "you" (the customer).
Please take your time to read them. your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected. By entering into a financial transaction with us, Palm Tree pearl, you are bound by our Terms and Conditions and that you have understood them.
Goods
The description of goods on www.palmtreepearl.com are for illustrative purposes alone. Where goods are sold by description, such description is provided as accurately as possible according to our knowledge, of the detail, age, and any defects that we are aware of. Where our goods are sold as displayed or depicted, the pictures used are high quality images, taken from different angles if relevant, and measurements to show the each product as accurately as possible on our website. However because of the variables in collaboration of various screens, computer monitors, and internet access variations may occur, in particular product or aspect of the product then please ask at the time of purchase.
Given the history and age of our goods, they are not sold with any usual or specific purpose other that as an object of antiquity. You, the customer, are aware the goods that we sell on our website are vintage or antique and as such are sold in vintage or antique condition. There may be slight age-related wear and tear. You acknowledge that we do not provide guarantee or warranty for the goods to their purpose, accuracy, age or completeness. All goods that appear on our website are subject to availability.
Purchase of Goods or Service
The description of goods on our website and any other form of advertisement does not constitute a contractual offer to sell the goods. When an order is placed and submitted on the website, we can either accept or reject it. We do not have to give any reason for rejection of an offer to buy.
The order of purchase of goods is set out on our website. Each step allows you the customer, to check and amend information or errors before you submit your order. It is your responsibility to check that you have used the ordering process correctly. Once an order has been placed, confirmation by Palm Tree Pearl will be sent via email to you the customer, at the email address provided by you. Confirmation emails will be sent within a reasonable period of time. the receipt of this email confirmation forms the contract of sale of goods. It is the customers responsibility to check that the content of this confirmation email is accurate and complete. Palm Tree Pearl will not be responsible for any inaccuracies in an order placed by the customer. If however, there is an error, you the the customer, must inform us immediately.
Any variation of the contract terms made after the contract has been agreed, can only be made if both the customer and supplier agree to the variation, and such variation is made in writing.
Price
The price of goods and of any additional delivery is as set out on the website at the date of the order. If however we have made a mistake, then we will refund you all and resell the product to you at the correct price. The price of the product is the exact price for the product itself, and does not include post package and delivery cost.
