Cancellations and Returns

Should you wish to cancel your order, you must inform Palm Tree Pearl of your decision either by email, letter or by post.  Once a cancellation is notified by the customer, a response will be sent by email form Palm Tree Pearl as to wether or not the cancellation meets our cancellation terms.

You have the right to cancel your order.  However if the order has already been dispatched then it will not be possible for us to intervene or stop the shipment at that point.  After the product has been received, you will be able to return the product within 14 days of receiving your order in accordance with our Returns Policy.

If you are unhappy with the ice or items, it is your responsibility to contact Palm Tree Pearl as soon as possible upon receipt of the goods to discuss the issue/s.  In particular if the goods are faulty, then you must inform us no later than 7 days from receipt of the goods.  For any faulty / damaged items, we will ask for a photograph of the product identifying the damage / fault to be sent prior to any return. Please do not destroy or throw away any product or packaging, even if it's faulty, before we have confirmed how we wish to proceed.

If agreed by both parties, Palm Tree Pearl will offer a full refund, less any postage costs incurred, providing the item or items are returned to us within fourteen days, in the same condition as they were dispatched by us.  Please ensure that returned items are packaged securely.

We strongly recommend that you use signed for, insured delivery and keep the receipt.

Where the goods are returned by you in accordance with your rights, and in accordance with our returns policy, we shall credit the Payment Card with the appropriate amount within 14 days of receipt.
