Delivery

We will deliver the goods to you at the address specified at the time of order, unless contacted before dispatch to arrange an alternative address.  Delivery of the goods will be to the agreed location within a reasonable period, or failing any agreement without undue delay and in any event no more than 30 days after the day on which the contract was entered into.

Delivery timings and costs vary depending on the size, weight and fragility of the product being sent.  When you place an order with Palm Tree Pearl, you will choose your delivery option at checkout.

Palm Tree Pearl places the utmost importance on our product arriving safely, so we will always prioritise this and ensure products are well packed and insured during transit. Whilst we endeavour to ensure that your order is delivered within the agreed time frame, occasionally problems may arise during dispatch and delivery may result in a delay to your delivery. Deliveries are made via third party companies and delays are not the fault of Palm Tree Pearl. We will, of course liaise with the carrier and do everything we can to ensure any situation is resolved swiftly and to your satisfaction.

You agree we may deliver instalments if we suffer shortage of stock or other genuine and fair reason, subject to the above provisions and provided you are not liable for extra charges.

If you the nominee, fail through no fault of ours, to take delivery of the goods at the delivery location, we may charge the reasonable costs of storing and redelivering them.

the goods will become your responsibility from the completion of delivery.  You must, if reasonably possible examine the condition of the goods upon receiving them before accepting them, and inform us straight away of any problems.

 

Excluding Liability

We, Palm Tree Pearl, are not liable for any loss which was not reasonably foreseeable to both parties at the time when the contract was made ie: loss of profit to the customers business, trade, craft, or profession which would not b e suffered by a consumer, because the supplier believes the customer is not buying the goods wholly or mainly for its business, trade, craft or profession.
